Ohio State Fair Carousel

The Ohio State Fair Carousel Building utilizes a Glue-Laminated compression ring/ tension ring system to stabilze the structure. This look is not only structurally sound, but achritecturally pleasing as well. This project utilizes glue-laminted arches for low roof area of the structure. It also incoporates glue-laminated arches at the high roof area for a clerestroy. The entire system utilizes laminated decking to remain consitent with the all wood architectural appeal. The laminated dekcing is a structural and architectural product.
