Open Road
Dallas, ORThe OpenRoad Global Headquarters in Dallas, Oregon, provides a modern workplace designed to support collaboration, innovation, and future growth. The two-story office combines open workspaces, private offices, conference rooms, and welcoming gathering areas within a clean, contemporary design that emphasizes natural light, durable materials, and flexible work environments. Expansive glazing and a prominent two-story entry create a strong visual identity, while warm wood finishes balance the building's industrial palette of brick, steel, and metal panels.
Mass Plywood Panels (MPP) contribute both structurally and aesthetically throughout the headquarters. Exposed MPP roof panels bring warmth and character to the office interiors, while MPP stair treads showcase the material's strength and natural beauty in one of the building's most prominent architectural features. By incorporating locally manufactured mass timber, the project demonstrates how MPP can enhance commercial office environments with durable, high-performance construction and a distinctive Northwest character.
