Summerhill at Exton Knoll is a series of 220 townhomes in 52 buildings with a clubhouse sitting at the center. In collaboration with the general contractor of the project, Bozzuto, Summerhill is one of the biggest framing multi-family projects for QB to date.

QB’s pre-fab wood framing package provided the project with efficiency and ability to catch potential challenges before the panels saw the field. The project includes luxury amenities and modern living spaces in Chester County.
