New Mass Timber facility for Rex Lumber Hardwood operations’ forklift shop. The building is a single-story mass timber framed structure consisting of 3,750 SF of enclosed shop space with an additional 1,725 sf of covered exterior space. The mass timber structure will be supported by isolated spread footings, and the interior space will be designed to support the owner supplier forklift loads.
