After a decade of visioning, this new mixed-use office building broke ground in mid-2019 and features cross-laminated timber and a full-height illuminated glass-enclosed staircase. The first of its kind in Issaquah, the CLT roof structure is exposed on the interior of the fourth floor and displayed in overhanging exterior eyebrow elements.
