South Burlington, VT

Part of Burlington airport’s Project NexT plan, this terminal expansion features Douglas Fir glulams and Spruce Pine Fir CLT panels throughout the roof and commons areas. The design adds aproximateley 25,000 square feet, four new gates with jet bridges, and a third-floor event and observation space. Combining mass timber with steel, geothermal, and solar, the project delivers a sustainable, modern Vermont feel while improving the passenger experience.
