Multiple student housing buildings for private college. Colby College is invensting $50M in residential upgrades — a future-forward project delivering 217 single rooms for upperclassmen in Waterville, Maine.

This new residence hall combines Cross-Laminated Timber (CLT) framing and innovative construction techniques to support the college’s long-term sustainability goals and student experience. CLT Panels used as the flooring system and
stairwell shafts.
