Cold Springs Harbor Laboratory
Cold Spring Harbor, NYThis 29,400-square-foot facility is built on a 24×26-foot post-and-beam grid using Southern Yellow Pine CLT panels and exposed Douglas Fir glulam beams and columns. The timber structure integrates simply and effectively with CMU walls, showcasing the elegance of timber joinery. As part of a seven-acre campus expansion, the building provides flexible lab and office spaces designed to support neuroscience research.
