Minnesota Places is a quarter-block redevelopment project within a Portland neighborhood. The 8-story, 72-unit residential building is designated as affordable housing to those earning 60% average median income. Located near Portland Community College, the building is in close proximity to public transportation through the Killingworth light rail station. 

As a Type IV-C mass timber structure utilizing mass plywood panels, the project is built modularly to minimize construction impact within the neighborhood.
