First Mass Timber Building This project uses a post-and-beam structural system combined with CLT (cross-laminated timber) slabs. The roof system is a thermoplastic membrane, and the floor system consists of CLT panels. The walls are constructed using a combination of CLT and wood frame systems. Photography by Fran Parente.
