This new sports car garage and event space demonstrates the versatility of engineered wood systems in creating large, open interiors. Located in the desert near Palm Springs, the design required careful consideration of mechanical duct placement and energy efficiency to maintain comfortable conditions in a challenging climate. Open Web Trusses were re-designed to optimize space for mechanical systems while delivering strength and performance for the expansive layout. The result is a structure that combines functionality, efficiency, and modern design for a unique automotive venue.
