The HUB Student Housing project is serving the University of Southern California campus by providing housing for the growing student population. It is five levels of Type IIIA over one level load bearing light Gauge residential supported by two levels of the subterranean parking structure. Type IIIA portion was lightweight wood frame members and due to height limit, light gauge steel was used for the first level.
The project has 80 units with 316 beds and, amenities/pool at the roof level. It is now open for occupancy.
