Timber Engineering Inc. is a full-service consulting firm specialized in building structures. The firm is recognized for its creative approach, cost effective designs and commitment to the development of architecturally integrated detailing. The firm is located in Vancouver, operates since June 2021, and practices mostly in British Columbia, but is involved in work in the United States, Eastern Canada, Asia, and Europe. The firm has a broad field of expertise and successful experience, including renovation work, upgrades, and new construction, on projects with very limited budgets as well as high profile architecturally oriented public projects, large and small. Timber Engineering Inc. has since been successfully involved in over 300 projects, including a significant award-winning design, quickly establishing ourselves as the next generation on the stage of top BC design firms. We have gained the confidence of many well-established clients in the area and have acquired a strong professional presence in the local community and aboard.

This boutique firm currently consists of an experienced and talented staff of eight, including three PEng, Two EITs, two technicians, and one IT manager. All members of the Timber Engineering Inc. design team make it their professional responsibility to find structural solutions to meet each client’s functional and aesthetic needs in a practical and economical manner. The principals’ knowledge of budgetary considerations has been refined through their involvement in hundreds of public and private sector projects, and through years of pro-active cooperation with contractors and cost consultants.
