Sand Bar Restaurant
South Hero, VTAfter 15 years of vacancy, the old Sand Bar Inn and Restaurant in South Hero location has been cleared to make way for a beautiful new two-story restaurant and eight townhomes.
Our CLT panels will be a key feature in the timber-framed structure, which will also incorporate steel framing on the second floor. The new Sand Bar Restaurant will offer a cozy, inviting atmosphere with breathtaking views of Lake Champlain and a menu focused on delicious comfort food.
