The Swinerton Maui office is a mass timber structure developed in assocation with Timberlab and constructed by Swinerton.  The structure is inside of a pre-engineered metal building and features a number of offices, a conference room, restrooms, a kitchen and co-working spaces.  Atop the structure is a second floor mazzanine.
