The SLCDA Glycol Plant and Wildlife Services building is a 10,000 sf facility located just to the north of the SLC main airport property. Half of the building is dedicated to vehicle bays and offices for the airport glycol plant. The other half of the building is dedicated to wildlife services trucks, vehicles, and operations, along with supporting office space.
The building features a hybrid structural system of steel columns, glulam beams extending the full length of the vehicle bays, and a CLT roof structure.
The project is the first industrial mass timber project in the state of Utah.
