Vaisala's new 35,000sf North American Headquarters is the latest project to utilize CLT, an exciting construction type which OZ is proud to be on the forefront of in the Denver area. Vaisala is taking a hybrid approach and using steel beams and columns with a CLT floor to maximize ceiling heights while keeping the exposed wood aesthetic that CLT is known for. This project is aiming to be NetZero ready and features 9’ tall glazing throughout, a soaring 3 story atrium, and a roof deck that has unobstructed views of the Rockies from the flatirons to Longs Peak.
