One Line Studio, located in Denver, Colorado, is a design-focused architecture studio founded in 2012 by Tim Politis. One Line Studio engages in a diverse range of work, including experiential commercial and hospitality projects, adaptive reuse, inspired residential living, and unique one-of-a-kind projects.
