One Line Studio, located in Denver, Colorado, is a design-focused architecture studio founded in 2012 by Tim Politis.  One Line Studio engages in a diverse range of work, including experiential commercial and hospitality projects, adaptive reuse, inspired residential living, and unique one-of-a-kind projects.  One Line Studio originates from the belief that the first move (often the first gesture on paper) is significant in defining the critical path and leading to creative problem solving.  Listening to clients and pursing critical questions, One Line Studio seeks to discover challenges and realize inventive solutions that turn project constraints into opportunities.
